We had so much fun celebrating World Book Day! In Primary 5 we took in our favourite books and took part in DEAR (Drop Everything And Read) when we heard the bell ring. It was a fun activity and great way to celebrate the day. It was lovely to see such imagination as the children came to school dressed as their favourite book characters. We celebrated together as a whole school and some children won prizes in Bernie Muckian's character competition. We really enjoyed seeing everyone’s outfits! We spent our book tokens at the book fair last week and raised lots of money for our school library. Great effort from all in Primary 5!
