The Primary 2 children have all settled well back to school this September.
In Literacy we have been revising all our initial sounds and starting to blend three sounds together in words. We even had our first spelling test!
In Maths we have been counting forwards and backwards to 20 and learning to sort.
We were very lucky to have had some good weather and we enjoyed outside play with Primary 1. We also had a lovely autumn walk where we found lots of autumn things in our school grounds.
The Baton of Hope visited our school and we all drew sunflowers. Mrs McKeown was delighted to meet one of her former teachers Mrs Fegan who was carrying it!
