Primary 2 took part in a Leadership Assembly this month. We talked about how anyone can be a leader, leaders can help others, leaders can make good choices and leaders always try their best. Have a listen to our video.
We finished our space topic by making rockets and constellations. Using recycled materials we explored shape, texture and colour while using our fine motor skills to build our own rockets. We also used chalk, stars and black paper to design our own constellation and name it. Using marshmallows and cocktail sticks we made constellation star signs too.
Fortunately the weather has allowed us to play with all our door play with Primary 1. We have been playing with the bikes, hoops, bouncy balls, stepping stones, sand and water play to name a few. Primary 2 have also been investigating how to make the best daisy chain.
