P4 - Star Pupils - 05/06

4th Jun 2020

Another busy week for our P4's, with lots of you following instructions and enjoying the sunshine last weekend and at the beginning of the week.

Caela has been doing school work outside, barbecuing and pitching a tent for a sleep over, some great life skills being learned, well done.

Ella Mu has also been busy enjoying the sunshine, with a barbecue, a dip in the pool, a spin on her bicycle and she even took some time out to read a book.  She also noticed that there were birds nesting in the eaves of her house, while she was doing a spot of bird watching.  She found two house martin nests and when one fell down (but thankfully it was empty), she was amazed by the work these little birds put in to building their homes with twigs, soil, wool, etc.

Ella Ma was extremely busy with instructions this week.  She created a wonderful rainbow from this weeks literacy activity and did some baking, but most impressively she decided to create her very own 'Solar Oven'.  She created it from a pizza box and wanted to investigate if the sun would melt a fried egg sweet.  We are very impressed with your inquisitive nature and creative abilities - Well Done Ella Ma.

Alex was also busy following and writing instructions.  She made a beautiful rainbow and a cup of tea, which she seems to have been enjoying with a 'bickie' (the best way to have a cuppa) - Well Done Alex.

Kayden enjoyed the 'Make a Rainbow' experiment also and although he has been busy he too found time to enjoy the weather and have a wee paddle in the pool.

Keep up the fantastic work Primary 4, I love to see your work each week & look forward to lots more as we race towards the end of the term.

Have a lovely weekend. Stay safe. :)
