P2 P3 June News

27th Jun 2025

Wow—what an amazing final month we've had in P2/3! It’s hard to believe how much fun, laughter and learning we’ve packed into just a few short weeks!

For Literacy Week, we got creative with clay once again—this time making our very own clay dinosaurs! From fierce T-Rexes to gentle giants, our classroom turned into a prehistoric art gallery. 🦖🎨

We had a blast during Sports Day, showing off our speed, strength and sportsmanship. It was a joy to see everyone cheering each other on and having fun with friends.  We really enjoyed the bouncy castles and running through the obstacle courses. 🏃‍♀️🏅

Then came our Fun Day at the football field, where we danced like nobody was watching! The music was pumping and the dance moves were unforgettable. 💃🕺

We turned into mini explorers and went on a minibeast hunt, searching high and low for wriggly, crawly creatures. The children were amazing at solving the clues and were rewarded with a lovely certificate and some clay to create their very own minibeasts. 🐛🔍

And of course, the most mischievous day of all… Break the Rules Day! From funky hairstyles to sweet snacks, our rule-breakers had a blast bending the rules in the most hilarious ways. 😜👕

We couldn’t be prouder of our P2/3 crew and all they’ve achieved. On behalf of all the staff in Primary 2/3 we would like to thank you for your kindness, generosity and support throughout the school year. We hope you all have a lovely summer.
