Today we visited Santa in the Navan Centre. The children all made some decorations for their trees, watched a funny pantomime and got to talk to Santa. They all really enjoyed the experience and even got to play in the centre’s small play park.
We also made ‘The 3 Bears’ porridge and voted for our favorite one using blocks in a set.
In the P.E hall we had fun learning to roll and climb in a safe way.
We used dienes rods in maths to make triangles, rectangles and various shapes.
We also looked at different types of materials around us that we use and sorted them into groups..hard, soft, smooth and rough...using our sense of touch to feel each one.
