November in P2
We have had a busy month in P2!
In Literacy this month, we dove into the enchanting world of fairy tales, with a special focus on 'Little Red Riding Hood.' The children had a fantastic time exploring the story through writing, dressing up, and acting out scenes. It was wonderful to see their creativity and imagination come to life!
In Numeracy this month, we have been learning all about sorting objects with Carroll diagrams, exploring 3D shapes and matching numbers with their corresponding words. The children are developing their problem solving skills and having fun with numbers!
We also celebrated Anti-Bullying week with 'Odd Sock Day'
In World Around Us we have been focusing on the amazing world of apples, which is linked to our literacy topic. We learned about how apple trees grow, from tiny seeds to bearing delicious fruit. We also talked about the importance of healthy eating, and the children had a blast using their senses to discover different fruits. It was a tasty and educational month!
