We recently had the privilege of expressing our gratitude and to say goodbye to Mrs. Roisin Allen. Mrs. Allen dedicated 10 wonderful years to teaching at our school before being appointed as the new Vice Principal of Mount Saint Catherine's PS in Armagh last September.
To celebrate her contribution, Mrs. Allen was our special guest at an assembly held in her honour. The morning began with a performance by our P6 class, who played tin whistle tunes for her. During the assembly, Mrs. Allen spoke warmly to the pupils, sharing her joy of teaching them over the past decade.
Over the years, Mrs. Allen taught P1,P2, P3 and P5, with her most recent role being our P3 teacher this past four years. As a gesture of appreciation, Grace and Joseph, members of Mrs. Allen's final class in Cullyhanna, presented her with flowers and a gift, thanking her for her care and kindness throughout her time in St Patrick's.
We extend our heartfelt best wishes to Mrs. Allen as she embarks on this exciting new chapter in her career.
