We had our end of year presentations on our P7’s final day in St Patrick’s. Our special guests were Sadbh Convery and Ciara Brennan. Two recent past pupils who have achieved international success as world champion Irish dancers. Both girls achieved great success during their time at our school as Ciara is a previous winner of three of our perpetual cups and Sadbh has held the record for best overall athlete in our sports days since she left P7. The girls were on hand to present a multitude of medals and trophies for our recent sports days and it was fitting that Sadbh presented the best overall athlete award to Ciara O’Reilly who has surpassed Sadbh’s long standing sports day points total. Well done to all our individual winners. We finished an emotional day for our P7 class as our school lined the corridor and clapped them out the front door. The class of 2023 will certainly be missed and we wish them well I. Their new schools.
