December in Primary 3/4!
What a fun filled, festive month we had in Primary 3/4. We did lots of Christmas crafts and enjoyed a beautiful Christmas dinner. It wasn't all festive fun though as we continued to work hard in all areas.
In literacy we explored non-fiction texts and learned lots of new facts about the blue whale, the emperor penguin, the koala and elephants.
In numeracy we worked hard on time and enjoyed some problem solving activities that really made us think.
We also started our new topic on World War II and are really looking forward to visiting the Palace Stables to learn more about it in the new year.
Our first ICT task was completed as we used 'Micro-Bits' to code a game of 'Rock, Paper, Scissors'. We had LOTS of fun playing against one another and extend a HUGE thank you to our P7 digital leaders who helped us when we were stuck.
Term one has been a busy one and we have all worked very hard. Thank you to all our parents for their support throughout the term. We would like to wish you all a very happy Christmas and a peaceful new year.
