🎄 What a Fantastic Month in Primary 3! 🎄

We’ve had an exciting and busy time learning and exploring so many new things!

📚 Literacy:
We became word wizards by changing words into the present tense and discovering the difference between vowels and consonants. We even sorted vowels and consonants into Santa’s sleigh and his sack—it was so much fun bringing Christmas magic into our learning!

🔢 Numeracy:
Time flew by as we learned how to calculate time durations! We also created a colourful bar graph showing our favourite dinosaurs. Measuring was a big part of our learning too—we investigated weight, length, area and capacity by weighing dinosaurs, measuring their length, finding the area of their footprints and even working out how many dinosaurs different containers could hold.

🌍 World Around Us:
We stepped back in time to learn the names of amazing dinosaurs and discovered how these incredible creatures became extinct. We loved sharing our favourite dinosaur facts with each other!

💬 PDMU:
We talked about the importance of telling the truth and showing empathy to others—two very special qualities that help us all be great friends.

💻 ICT:
We put our coding skills to the test by programming Bee-Bots! It was so much fun learning how to give instructions and watch our Bee-Bots follow the code.

🎅 Christmas Fun:
To finish off the term, we got creative by making beautiful Christmas cards and our very own Christmas elves. We celebrated all our hard work with a wonderful Christmas party full of fun, laughter, and festive treats!

A Huge Thank You!
We want to say a big thank you to all our parents and carers for your continued support and for the kind gifts. From all of us in Primary 3—Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 🎁
