This month we had lots of activities to do linked to our topics of Spring, Cafe, The Shop and The Chapel. The children looked at our Spring Cherry tree at the front of the school and painted beautiful pictures of it mixing colours and investigating how rough its bark was. They learned about buying items in our class shop for money and also used this knowledge in Clever Cats Cafe where they learned about healthy and unhealthy foods. We visited the local chapel where we saw the alter and all of the beautiful stained glass windows. When the weather was good we collected flowers outside to make art pictures and had fun filling containers with cold water.
